At The Pink Caddy Society, every appointment is carefully reserved to provide our clients with the exceptional experience they deserve. We kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies so we can continue delivering reliable, luxury service to every member of our Society.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Appointments canceled on the day of service may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost, as this time has been reserved exclusively for your home.
If our Society Specialist arrives and is unable to access the property or no one is available after reasonable contact attempts, the appointment will be considered a No-Show.
No-show appointments may be charged the full-service amount.
Please ensure our Society Specialist has access to your home at the scheduled appointment time.
If we are unable to enter due to:
the appointment may be considered a No-Show and subject to applicable fees.
While we make every effort to arrive on time, unexpected traffic, weather, or previous appointments may occasionally cause slight delays.
If we anticipate arriving outside of your scheduled arrival window, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We understand that life happens.
Whenever possible, we'll gladly help you find the next available appointment that fits your schedule.
Society Members may reschedule appointments with 24 hours' notice without penalty, subject to availability.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect priority scheduling benefits.
Your safety and the safety of our Society Specialists always come first.
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.
If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We'll work with you to resolve any concerns because your satisfaction is important to us.
