Welcome to The Pink Caddy Society.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and website. By scheduling a service with The Pink Caddy Society, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

The Pink Caddy Society provides residential cleaning services and other home-related services described on our website.

The scope of each service is determined by the package selected and any approved add-on services.

2. Scheduling

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

While we strive to honor all appointment times, arrival windows may be affected by weather, traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

If delays occur, we will communicate with you promptly.

3. Preferred Society Specialists

Whenever possible, recurring clients will receive their Preferred Society Specialists.

However, staffing changes, vacations, illness, or scheduling needs may require substitute Society Specialists.

All Society Specialists are trained to The Pink Caddy Society Standards.

4. Access to the Property

Clients agree to provide safe and timely access to the property.

If access cannot be obtained, cancellation or lockout fees may apply.

5. Safety

For the safety of our Society Specialists:

• Aggressive pets should be secured before arrival.
• Hazardous conditions must be disclosed before service.
• Illegal activity observed during service may result in immediate termination of services.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be listed during booking.

Late payments may incur applicable fees if disclosed at the time of service.

7. Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is important to us.

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours to qualify for our Happiness Promise.

9. Damages

Our Society Specialists treat every home with care.

If accidental damage occurs, clients should notify The Pink Caddy Society within 24 hours so we can investigate and work toward a fair resolution.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Secure valuables.
• Provide accurate service instructions.
• Ensure utilities are functioning.
• Notify us of fragile or specialty surfaces requiring special care.

11. Photography

The Pink Caddy Society will never photograph or record your home for marketing purposes without your permission.

Your privacy is important to us.

12. Right to Refuse Service

The Pink Caddy Society reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving:

• Unsafe working conditions
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward our team
• Threats or violence
• Illegal activity
• Conditions posing a health or safety risk

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pink Caddy Society's liability for any claim related to our services will be limited to the amount paid for the applicable service, except were prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

15. Changes

The Pink Caddy Society may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on our website.
